Release Notes - December 17, 2024

Here's what's new in our latest update:

Interactive Widget for Refinement Boxes and Monitor Planes

When creating refinement boxes or monitor planes, you can now move, rotate, or resize them using an interactive widget.

For monitor planes, interactive Box Clip creation is also supported.

Streamlines Released for Luminary3D

Streamlines have been released for Luminary3D. You'll notice a more responsive experience when using this visualization filter.

Other Enhancements

• Our simulation orchestration has been improved to improve cost efficiency for a given simulation size.
• The results table will now load in batches. The page will now load more quickly, although it may still take some time for all outputs to populate.
• Volume names will now be removed for CAD imports that contain tags. The volumes will instead be automatically associated with the appropriate tag based on the CAD metadata.

Fixed Issues

• Users were not able to download surface outputs such as moment/forces on actuator disks.
• In some cases incorrect errors were being shown in the simulation tree before geometry check was complete.
